“Over the River and Through the
Woods” an HCLT Production The
weather is getting colder as winter approaches, but it will be warm in the
Prizery’s Chastain Theatre when Halifax County Little Theatre produces “Over
the River and Through the Woods,” a heartwarming comedy by Joe
DePietro. Little Theatre president Sandy Slayton will be directing this
theatrical gem for its February run. Casting has been done, and rehearsals are
underway. We all hope for great
opportunities for our children, even though we know those opportunities may
take them far away from us. If we can just figure out how to make them want to
settle down near their roots. Feb. 20,
