Quite Possibly the Best Place for Sledding in Southern Virginia?

The hilly terrain here in Southern Virginia is certainly conducive to sledding. If there were a contest to determine the best sledding spots, I don't know who would win, but I guarantee Balmoral would be a finalist. It wouldn't be the slopes that put us over the edge, though. It would be the party that ensues when the snowing commences. Here is a recap of the day's events. You be the judge.

 

I hope you enjoyed the beautiful powdery goodness that graced us with its presence today. While we were out enjoying our neighborhood gathering, others spent their days and evenings at work. They made sure we had power in our homes, served at hospitals caring for our loves ones, cleared the roads to ensure our safety, delivered our mail, and protected our families and communities.
